Equine Facilitated Learning is a unique approach where horses are used as co-facilitators in personal and professional development. Horses are highly intuitive and emotionally intelligent beings who help you explore your own emotions, behaviours, and patterns in real time. You don’t need any prior experience with horses to benefit from EFL—this work isn’t about riding, 'pony-patting' or messing about in the paddock, but about deep connection and self-awareness.

No prior experience or comfort level with horses is required. My horses are kind, intuitive, and used to working with people who may be nervous or new to equine work. You won’t be expected to ride them—our work happens from the ground up, focusing on presence, connection, and emotional intelligence.
